I have more than 35 years of experience in engineering design, project management, banking and financial advisory services in petroleum, petrochemical and power industries. The design engineering and project management experience includes project conceptual design, basic design, detailed design, project implementation & planning, feasibility study, contract negotiation, project management etc. Major projects that I have been involved includes Liquefied Petroleum Gas Plant, Thai Olefins plant, Thai Caprolactam Plant, Sirikit oil and gas production facilities, Power Generation Plant (IPP & SPP). The work experience in the financial sector includes risk Analysis, financial structuring, credit analysis, financial & cash flow analysis, review loan document, work includes being an advisor for National Petrochemical PCL for NPC refinancing, working as a financial advisor and underwriting Bank for an acquisition of Khanom power plant by Electricity Generating Company, working as a financial adviser for
MDX in the Independent Power Producer Program, working as a financial advisor and a lead manager of the syndicating banks for APEX petrochemical company in the PVC resin plant project. Working on feasibility study and project screening for project such as Rayong Olefins Company, Shinawat Satellite proposal, Thai Laos Lignite, Srichang Thong Terminal and Southern Palm Oil waste to power plant.
Ian Adams, MPH, has been a consummate leader in healthcare operations for over a decade. Mr. Adams specializes in staff development, program remodeling, and operations management. Mr. Adams is knowledgeable of federal and state policies and procedures utilized in healthcare
facility operations, can assimilate and analyze data, recommend action based on analytical findings, and assist in providing solutions to intricate problems in healthcare administration and management. Experienced in providing attention to given systems, team building, staff performance improvements, revenue cycle, fiscal management, compliance, and clinical
management to enhance culture, communication, and consensus building. Throughout his career, Ian Adams strengthened his knowledge in all government and private managed care insurances for inpatient, outpatient, worker’s compensation, school-based health, women’s health, and home care settings. More importantly, Mr. Adams aims to transform patient and
client needs into workable project plans; set goals and objectives that guarantee revenue building; extract new data from preexisting data and divide them into financial goal subsets. Mr. Adams always had a proclivity to help underserved diversified communities by progressively
impacting the outpatient facilities and reemphasizing patient safety guidelines. Mr. Adams has been involved in community outreach projects and programs aimed at educating patients on sustainable lifestyle habits and restructuring continuity of care services. Mr. Adams furthered his
competencies and aptitude to help the underserved by obtaining his Master of Public Health degree, Global Health, at New York University. Currently, Mr. Adams is a doctoral student at Rutgers University for Leadership, Research, and Practice where he continues to refine his skills
in healthcare leadership to drive global progressive impacts. In conclusion, Mr. Adams pushes forward to create his vision of sustainable, healthy. and educated communities that perpetuate stronger socioeconomic statuses through stakeholder partnerships and inclusive leadership behaviors.
